News : DiData Deploys Unified Communications for GarantiBank
Oct 22, 2013 -- GarantiBank International has hired Dimension Data to deploy a new IP communications system with contact centre features, for internal and external communications.
The system is based on the Cisco Unified Communications Manager and will be used at the bank's offices in Amsterdam, Duesseldorf and Istanbul. The system offers full redundancy, with each local site on its own back-up system if the central exchange falls out.
