News : Discover’s Phoenix Customer Care Center Recognized
Phoenix, AZ, US, Jan 22, 2015 -- Discover’s Phoenix Customer Care Center has once again been selected by the Phoenix Business Journal as one of its "Best Places to Work" for 2014. The center ranked third overall and was one of six companies recognized in the Extra-Large Business category this year.
The Phoenix Business Journal works with a national research firm to survey, audit and rank nominated companies. Employees of each company are asked to participate in a survey that measures team effectiveness, leadership, compensation and benefits.
"Receiving this recognition validates our dedication to our employees and their development," said Jim Phelps, vice president of operations in Phoenix for Discover. "We are proud to see that our staff feels they have the tools needed to succeed and are empowered to help our customers get the most for their money."
