Sydney, Australia, May 12, 2016 -- dotmailer, the email marketing automation platform of the dotDigital Group plc, and Salmat, Australia’s fullservice marketing and communications company, announced a strategic partnership within the Australian and New Zealand market.
Salmat, a player in the marketing automation space with technology partners in various areas, was looking for a platform partner to address the growing demand for email marketing solutions in the midmarket space.
Salmat’s Business Manager for Lifecycle Marketing, Melle Staelenberg, said Salmat’s clients wanted email marketing solutions that are simple to use, with strong automation capabilities and out of the box integrations into other platforms.

"Through our Netstarter agency, our retail clients can now use dotmailer to enrich their marketing lists with transactional data, creating more targeted and relevant campaigns. dotmailer also allows us to follow up emails with SMS through our MessageNet gateway, it can trigger phone calls via our contact centre business and even initiate print jobs," said Melle Staelenberg.
