News : Doxim Acquires DigitalMailer
New York, NY, US, May 2, 2016 -- Doxim, a provider of customer engagement SaaS solutions for banks, credit unions and wealth management firms, announced that it has acquired DigitalMailer Inc. of Herndon, Virginia.
Founded in 2000, DigitalMailer serves credit unions and community banks. The Company provides a suite of digital customer communications products and services that enable financial organizations to connect with customers via their preferred channels, targeting messages to each individual’s interests and needs.
"These solutions are extremely complimentary to our existing Customer Engagement Platform, which is designed to help financial institutions automate customer interactions across all digital channels to compete more effectively in their core markets," said Chris Rasmussen, Founder & CEO of Doxim.

Daly says the acquisition of DigitalMailer will allow him to devote full-time attention to Virtual StrongBox, Inc., where he also serves as President and CEO.
The acquisition of DigitalMailer expands Doxim’s U.S. presence, adding two new office locations (in Herndon, Virginia and Charlotte, North Carolina), to its existing office in New York City.
