News : du Presented with ‘Government Contact Centre Leadership Award’
Dubai, United Arab Emirates, March 28, 2016 -- du was recently awarded the ‘Government Contact Centre Leadership Award’ during its participation at the ‘Government Contact Centre Middle East’. During the event which took place in Dust Thani Dubai, Ismail Mohammed, Senior Vice President, Customer Operations at du, was presented with the award.
Accepting the award, Ismail Mohammed commented: "This prestigious award recognises our ongoing commitment towards developing the call centre industry and our dedication to our own team. The leadership of our call centre team was highly commended by a panel of Judges, unanimously rating our leadership at the top. This is a big achievement for du as our efforts for taking our Contact Centre to the next level based on our customer centric approach."
