News : Dubai Trade's Training Centre Awarded ISO Certification for Service Delivery
Dubai, United Arab Emirates, March 17, 2015 -- Dubai Trade's Training Centre has been awarded the International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO) 29990:2010 Learning Services certificate for non-formal education and training. Dubai Trade, as a cross-border trade facilitator, has now been successfully inspected and tested for the certification, which recognises the quality of in-house training, life-long learning and vocational courses offered to employees at its service centres.
Dubai Trade Chairman, Jamal Majid Bin Thaniah, said: "We are proud that our training department and Contact Centre have been globally recognised; this assures our clients of the quality of our training material, as well as the high standards of support and knowledge they obtain through our Contact Centre.
"Dubai Trade will continue to spare no effort in training its employees to the highest standards of quality in service delivery."
