News : DYXnet Announces Hong Kong Head Office Relocation
Hong Kong, January 18, 2016 -- DYXnet, a Greater China's ICT (Information and Communications Technology) service provider, is pleased to announce that effective from today, the Company's Hong Kong head office will be relocated to Metroplaza in Kwai Fong, the grade A commercial building, to accommodate our growing business.
Lap Man, Founder & CEO of DYXnet, remarked: "The relocation was necessitated by the robust growth the Company has achieved in the past few years together with the acquisition of our Virtual Private Network business unit by 21Vianet Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: VNET), the largest carrier-neutral internet data center services provider in China in August 2014. We selected Metroplaza because as a grade A commercial building, it is adjacent to Kwai Fong MTR station and has a direct link to there by covered footbridge with a famous shopping arcade underneath, which is quite similar to our previous office at Crocodile Centre in Kwun Tong, bringing the same convenience to our staff, clients and business partners."
He continued: "The new office is 40% larger than our previous office, in which we have invested over HK$8 million, allowing us to accommodate our staff more effectively and efficiently. On one hand, more space is critical for us to continue to support our future growth and expansion. On the other hand, being a people-oriented company, DYXnet believes that staff is our most valuable asset that should always come first. As such, we have incorporated a variety of ‘People’ elements into the new office design. To name a few examples, we now have a huge game area equipped with fully automated dart machine, billiard table, PlayStation 4, massage chair and other staff facilities, 120 degree workstations near windows, adjustable desks for team heads, scattered phone booths for private calls and meetings, four color themes representing different working areas and tailor-made decoration by each department. By doing so, we aim to create a spacious, relaxing, energetic and healthy work environment for our staff with access to more daylight and greater views. Besides, the new office design also helps enhance communications between them yet continue to put their privacy as top priority, enabling them to maintain a high degree of autonomy in their own space."
