Atlanta, GA, USA, Jan 30, 2020 -- Jacada Inc., a global provider in customer service automation, announces an expanded collaboration agreement with E-voluciona, a provider in Digital Process Outsourcing. This new agreement includes Jacada’s Customer Service Automation Software portfolio and will provide E-voluciona’s customers with the ability to execute on their digital transformation roadmap using Jacada’s automation technology to create truly collaborative experiences between customers, employees, and robots.
Through this alliance E-voluciona will market and implement the broad portfolio of Jacada’s Customer Service Automation solutions, including the Virtual Multimodal Customer Assistant, the Intelligent Assistant for Contact Center Agents and the Customer Service RPA. The expanded collaboration agreement between the two technology companies will be an important change enabler and provide intelligent automation solutions for customers seeking to drive digital adoption, reduce process complexity, and boost the experience for both the employee and the customer.
