News : Echo Managed Services Appoints Operations Director
Outsourced services provider Echo Managed Services has appointed Steve Wrench, a multi-site outsourcing operational executivs, as its new Operations Director. Steve Wrench joins Echo from his previous position as a Senior Site Director at Sitel, and brings over 20 years’ in-depth customer contact operational expertise.
In his new role Steve will focus on building out Echo Managed Services’ multi-channel customer contact services capabilities, while still retaining the company’s clear emphasis on putting customers at the heart of the engagement process.

At Sitel Steve Wrench was responsible for running major multi-client sites supporting the specialist contact requirements of a number of large retail businesses, manufacturers, airlines and technology operations. Before joining Sitel, Steve served as Head of Debt Management for Virgin Media, joining the company after spending two years delivering credit & collections consultancy for Vertex.
Steve started his career in the financial services sector, with a range of roles including Director of Personal Debt Services Ltd, part of RBS as well as Collections Operations Manager for Citibank.
