News : Education Ministry to Set Up e-Services Special Call Centre
Muscat, July 9, 2014 -- As part of the Ministry of Higher Education’s efforts to develop the quality of services rendered to the clients, the department of client services has initiated e-services and projects.
Ahmed Bin Khalfan Al Harthi, director client services at the Ministry of Higher Education, said a special call centre will be set up offering all services of the ministry. The first phase will see e-services being utilised for admission process for students.
Next phase will be started after evaluating the experiments and updates in communications and services offered by the ministry.
