News : eGain Announces Distribution Agreement with Elisa
Sunnyvale, CA, USA, and Slough, UK, July 7, 2016 -- eGain (NASDAQ: EGAN), a provider of cloud customer engagement solutions, announced that Elisa (Nasdaq Helsinki: ELISA), a communications and online service provider in Finland, will market and resell eGain’s cloud solutions for knowledge-guided digital engagement in Finland.
Elisa is expanding its digital services to consumers and corporate customers. Integrating its own cloud voice platform with eGain Cloud, the company will market and resell eGain’s digital engagement solutions as part of its expanded business client portfolio.
