Sunnyvale, CA and Slough, UK, Nov 13, 2014 -- eGain, a provider of cloud customer engagement solutions, announces that it has appointed Rex Dorricott as General Manager for EMEA. As part of the executive leadership team, Mr. Dorricott will drive business performance and customer success for the region. He will also continue to oversee eGain's management and analytics products.
Mr. Dorricott was the CEO of Exony until its recent acquisition by eGain, guiding the company to a leadership position in the contact center management and analytics space. He brings to eGain a strong track record of business success and technology innovation with more than 20 years of experience in the industry.
