News : Egyptian Electricity Holding Company Signs a Contract with Xceed
Cairo, Egypt, July 17, 2016 -- The Egyptian Electricity Holding company has signed with Xceed, a provider in outsourcing services in Egypt, North Africa and Middle East, owned by Telecom Egypt, a contract for developing the call center services, connecting lines and the essential voice circuits, among a group of services provided by Telecom Egypt group to all different Electricity distribution companies to serve subscribers across the republic. In presence of Eng. Gaber Desouky chairman of The Egyptian Electricity Holding company and Mr.Ramy Kato CEO Xceed.
Eng. Gaber Desouky , chairman of The Egyptian Electricity Holding company, declared "The Egyptian Electricity Holding company has spared no efforts to apply the latest technologies in customer service, measure the level of customer satisfaction and constant development to reach the best international standards levels, that’s why a contract was signed with Xceed to achieve the highest quality standards for the services provided to the citizens.
Mr.Ramy Kato, Xceed CEO, declared" Xceed is pleased to sign a contract with The Egyptian Electricity Holding company, as we have the expertise and capabilities that allow us to provide the highest quality standards in outsourcing and call centers through a large number of cadres; to serve 33 million subscribers across the republic on the hotline (121) according to the conventional international standards. Xceed provides its services from two countries - Egypt and Morocco - with an expansion plan to maintain its current clients’ businesses and to gain new customers through increasing the number of seats in its current and new locations to reach 4000 seats.
