News : Eida Customer Service Centres Shut
Dubai, UAE, July 16, 2015 -- The Emirates Identity Authority (Eida) has announced all its customer service centres would remain closed during the Eid Al Fitr holidays starting from Thursday until Shawwal 3.
However, Emirates ID’s call centre will remain functional during the holidays round the clock, according to an official announcement.
Emirates ID has also said the work timings of the customer service centres will return to the normal hours once the holidays are over, and the customers can check the Authority’s social media pages or websites for details about the timings.
Emirates ID has extended its warm Eid greetings to the President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan; His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai; General Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces; Their Highnesses Supreme Council Members and Rulers of the Emirates; Sheikh Hazza bin Zayed Al Nahyan, National Security Advisor and Chairman of the Emirates Identity Authority; Lt. General Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Minister of Interior and Vice-Chairman of Emirates ID; members of the Emirates ID Governing Board as well as the people and residents of the UAE.
