News : Eida Customer Service Centres Shut
Dubai, UAE, July 16, 2015 -- The Emirates Identity Authority (Eida) has announced all its customer service centres would remain closed during the Eid Al Fitr holidays starting from Thursday until Shawwal 3.
However, Emirates ID’s call centre will remain functional during the holidays round the clock, according to an official announcement.
Emirates ID has also said the work timings of the customer service centres will return to the normal hours once the holidays are over, and the customers can check the Authority’s social media pages or websites for details about the timings.
