News : Eir Opens Call Centre Service 24/7
The new service means customers can speak to a customer care agent at any time, day or night, if they wish to resolve a TV or broadband issue.
Until now Eir technical support services were available 7 days a week from 09:00 to 22:00. This initiative follows on from the company's rebrand and renewed commitment to customer service in September.
