News : Eircom Picks CounterPath's Bria Desktop Softphone
Ireland, Jan 28, 2015 -- Irish operator Eircom selected CounterPath´s Bria desktop softphone for deployment in its Customer Service call centre.
Eircom will replace conventional IP handsets with CounterPath’s Bria softphone within its customer care call centres and will initially deploy close to 2,000 branded desktop softphone clients. Eircom will also deploy CounterPath’s Stretto Platform to encompass client provisioning and user management.
