Mumbai, Nov 6, 2014 -- If you have any grievances relating to BEST's power supply, you can dial a 24x7 helpline number.
The BEST has set up a call centre to tackle consumer-related complaints, a senior BEST official said. For queries or complaints about BEST transport (bus) service, you can call a toll-free helpline number.
Power-related problems could pertain to inflated bills, problems with meters or connection or an outage in your area. The BEST management has directed its call centre staff to take every complaint on a priority basis. "The calls have to be redressed within a fortnight," said the senior official.
