News : Emirates ID's Al Quaa Customer Services Centre Moves
Al Ain, UAE, May 19, 2015 -- The Emirates Identity Authority has announced that it has shifted its Al Quaa Customer Services Centre at the Al Ain Municipality building to the Emirates Post central building in the same region.
The Authority called upon its customers to visit the new Centre for attaining services such as enrolling newborns in the populations register system, issuance of ID cards, updating of personal data and other services during 7 am. To 2 pm. on week days.
The Emirates ID said that the shift was part of its efforts to develop the customer services centers in terms of the quality of services and the infrastructure. "The total capacity of the Al Quaa Centre has now hit 200 customers a day after the registration lines were increased to five, with three earmarked for men and two for women," the Authority said in a statement.
The Authority called upon the customers to contact it via its various communication channels, such as the call centre, which works round the clock throughout the week, or facebook or twitter, or the direct communication option on the website. They can also visit any of the centers of the Authority across the UAE.
