News : Emirates Transport Unifies Customer Service Numbers
Dubai, Sept 16, 2014 -- Emirates Transport (ET) has begun the process of unifying the customer service numbers for 15 auto care centres throughout the country.
"Calls by customers to selected centres will be re-directed to the existing 24-hour ET Call Centre number," said the Executive Director of Corporate Services, Feryal Mohammed Tawakul. She said the move will contribute toward providing an "improved, integrated and comprehensive service."
The ET Call Centre will be ready to handle all enquiries. The first phase covers auto inspection and maintenance stations, said the Manager of Operations, Mohamed Ali Obaid.
"The first phase of unified contact service will include the ET auto inspection and maintenance service stations in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Al Ain, Sharjah, the East Coast, and Ras Al Khaimah. The Wataneya Auctions Centre, which handles the sale of used vehicles in Sharjah and Abu Dhabi, will also be reachable through the unified number."
