Melbourne, Australia, Sept, 2017 -- Service intelligence platform provider, eMite is partnering directly with Telstra (ASX:TLS) to be used as an add-on to Genesys contact centre software that is currently sold through the telco.
eMite CEO and founder, Stuart Geros, said Telstra customers will benefit from being able to purchase a complete solution through a single transaction with Telstra.
Operating as a cloud-based, advanced analytics real-time dashboard solution for contact centres, eMite recently inked an integration deal with Genesys’ PureCloud.
The service intelligence platform provider is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Adelaide-based Prophecy International (ASX:PRO), which is listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX).
