News : ER-Telecom Upgrades Call Centre with Cisco
May 5, 2014 -- Russian operator ER-Telecom, working under the Dom.ru brand, has upgraded its call-centre system switching to the Cisco Unified Contact Center platform. Cisco Finesse was used to raise the quality of work at the call centre.
ER's call centres are based in the cities of Omsk, Naberezhnye-Chelny, Perm and Izhevsk. The call centres are managed by a single system after the installation of the platform from Cisco.
