News : ER-Telecom Upgrades Call Centre
Moscow, Russia, March 8, 2016 -- Russian operator ER Telecom, working under the Dom.ru brand, has upgraded its call-centre management system, reports Cnews.ru.
The system checks all unanswered calls to the call centre and launches a response procedure. The subscribers are offered either to respond to the call or to reject it, or to postpone it for two hours.
Dom.ru provides its services in 56 cities and towns. Units of its call centre are based in St Petersburg, Naberezhnye-Chelny, Izhevsk, Perm and Omsk.
