News : ER-Telecom Uses Cisco System in New Call Centre
April 4, 2014 -- Russian operator ER-Telecom, working under the Dom.ru brand, has introduced the Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise Edition system at its new call centre. CTI carried out the work.
The system will enable the operator to replace its several regional call centres with a new single one. The Cisco system reduces customer wait time and ups customer service quality.
The call centre will use a calls recording and quality evaluation system based on the Verint platform.
Cisco Finesse was used for staff work places.
