News : Erie's DialAmerica to Hire 40 New People
Erie, PA, Oct 7, 2014 -- DialAmerica, a privately held teleservices company, announces the expansion of its contact center operations, and additional job opportunities, at its contact center located at 2503 West 15th Street, Yorktown Centre South, Erie, PA.
To support growing client demand – particularly in the financial services sector – DialAmerica plans to hire 40 contact center agents and experienced professionals to join its team.
"We're proud to offer even more job opportunities to our community," said Dominique Miller, DialAmerica's manager of contact center operations in Erie. "The expansion is exciting and speaks well of DialAmerica's expertise in the contact center industry – we try very hard to be a cut above the competition and this is underscored by our growth."

As part of DialAmerica's training program, new employees will participate in one-on-one coaching sessions and small training classes led by experienced DialAmerica professionals.
The hiring in Erie supports DialAmerica's financial services client-base. The company aims to grow its financial services work in Erie by 70 percent in the coming quarter and the center will continue to support clients in home protection and other industries.
