News : Etech Global Services Expands to Palm Beach, Florida
Nacogdoches, TX, Nov 29, 2013 -- Etech Global Services, a business process outsourcer, announces they’ve expanded into Palm Beach, Florida. Etech offers inbound and outbound voice and live chat solutions to a customer base spanning numerous industries including retail, education, telecommunications, travel, and cable. In addition, Etech has been successfully supporting the insurance and financial services industries for the past ten years and has seen tremendous growth over the past 12 months.
Etech expanded its U.S. footprint to include Palm Beach, Florida to provide diverse workforce options for their growing client base. The new location immediately generated 35 new jobs in the area with 100 jobs expected within the next six months. Employees in the Palm Beach location will handle traditional contact center services as well as specialized insurance campaigns that require an insurance license.
