Abuja, Nigeria. Oct 31, 2016 -- Etisalat has launched an online self-service platform known as ‘MyEtisalat’. The plaftom can be accessed via and app and on the web. Its aim is to provide an improved experience to subscribers on the network.
The platform which can be accessed via an app and on the web, empowers Etisalat customers with a bouquet of features and functions which allow them to manage all their Etisalat devservices without the need to remember, text or dial codes.

"The platform was developed as a result of intelligence generated from customer feedback and surveys. This is proof that Etisalat is a brand that cares about what its customers are saying and feeling and strives to respond to their feedback", he said.
