As a part of this report, Everest Group analyzed 21 service providers on the Everest Group Performance, Experience, Ability, Knowledge (PEAK) Matrix, specific to global life sciences IT infrastructure services, categorizing them into Leaders, Major Contenders, and Aspirants. Based on the analysis, HCL emerged as a Leader.
