News : eVerifile to Sell BPO Customer Service Business to CEO Mark Wilson
Atlanta, GA, USA, May 26, 2016 -- eVerifile, a provider in workforce safety and contractor screening for the Class I Railroad Industry, announced that it has sold Everifile CS, its Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Customer Care division to their current CEO, Mark Wilson. The strategic sale of the BPO division allows eVerifile to refocus efforts on its core business in contractor and pre-employment screening and aligns with the company’s long-term growth strategy.
The company has named Bob Ingalls as its CEO as Wilson will leave to merge the acquired BPO Customer Care division with Chime Solutions, an outsourcing contact center services company headquartered in Morrow, GA. The merger will allow Wilson to re-enter the Customer Care market and leverage the expertise garnered in his first business, RYLA Teleservices, which he successfully grew over ten years and sold in 2010.

I now look forward to returning to familiar responsibilities in the Customer Care space and leading Chime toward creating long-term, quality employment opportunities for an often undervalued entry-level workforce," says Wilson.
Ingalls brings several years of Senior Executive level leadership to eVerifile which is owned by private equity companies, Frontier Capital, Magic Johnson Enterprises and Yucaipa Company. Ingalls will continue to lead the company toward further growth of its flagship program, eRailsafe, along with several other contractor screening initiatives.
