News : Evolve IP Promotes Top Executives

Gravina, Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Evolve IP. The executives promoted now hold these titles and responsibilities:
- Guy Fardone has been promoted to President, Chief Operating Officer and Founding Partner. He is responsible for the day-to-day leadership and general management of the company. Prior to joining Evolve IP, Mr. Fardone served as Executive Vice President and General Manager of ATX Communications where he held various executive and management positions for seventeen years. Mr. Fardone received his bachelor’s degree from Villanova University and is actively involved in various community organizations including Junior Achievement, The Chester County Economic Development Council and coaching youth football.
- Tim Allen has been named Chief Sales and Marketing Officer and Founding Partner. With more than 25 years of strategic market development experience, Mr. Allen is responsible for setting Evolve IP’s direct and indirect sales and marketing initiatives. Prior to his role at Evolve IP, Mr. Allen spent more than two decades at ATX Communications where he served as an executive and ran the company’s national sales organization. Mr. Allen is a 1985 graduate of Villanova University, and a 2005 recipient of the Ethos Award for honesty and integrity in the communications industry.
- Scott Kinka has been raised to Chief Technical and Product Officer and Founding Partner. In his role, Mr. Kinka designs the Evolve IP roadmap, leads the company’s product and development teams and works closely with customers and partners to ensure their success. Previously, Mr. Kinka served as the Vice President of Network Services for Broadview Networks and ATX Communications. Mr. Kinka is involved in various local and industry groups including serving as a board member Telecom For Change and Philly Stones.

The promotions come after another remarkable year for the company. The company also completed its 7th acquisition with the addition of A.P.T. Inc. a cloud services company based in Allentown, PA
