News : Exceed Launches Nationwide Call Center
Denver, CO, USA, Oct. 5, 2015 -- Exceed, the creator of the Smart Homeowners Program, announced it has opened a nationwide call center to provide additional member services and support for its homeowner members throughout the United States.
The new Exceed Member Support Call Center will be open daily from 9 am to 8 pm, EST.
"Our members want the ease of direct access to our member support team when they have a question", said Thomas C. Brown, Executive Vice President, Exceed. "Consistent with our A+ rating with the BBB, we listened to our members when they asked for easy voice access to us. The call center allows for a more immediate and personal conversation. It will be helpful not only for our homeowner members and our cooperating real estate brokers, but also for homeowners considering membership."
"This is the next step in our comprehensive program to continuously enhance service to our valued members," Brown added. "We will be launching our third-generation website this fall to provide both additional complimentary services for our existing Smart Homeowners Programsm members, and general information for homeowners."
