News : Exim Bank Launches Call Centre
Dar es salaam, Tanzania, Dec 16, 2015 -- EXIM Bank Tanzania has launched a new call centre service for its customers, as part of its strategy to deliver exceptional banking experience.
Speaking to reporters in Dar es Salaam, the Bank’s Senior Manager-Customer Services, Mr Frank Matoro said, "Our customers will enjoy an exclusive call centre service staffed by a carefully selected, highly qualified and knowledgeable team to manage their accounts and assist them in facilitating their financial dealings," he said.
"The service will increase Exim’s market share through expanding its customer base, sustainable endeavours for strengthening the bank business relationship with its customers, seizing new growth opportunities and providing customers with new platform for their feedbacks in relation to services we offer," he said.
