San Francisco, CA, USA, April 22, 2020 - Medallia, Inc. (NYSE: MDLA), a global provider in experience management, announced they entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Voci Technologies, a real-time speech to text platform.
The acquisition will combine Voci’s real-time speech to text capabilities with Medallia’s experience management platform to deliver a single view of the customer that can provide customer experience and deliver operational efficiency.
