News : Fairfield County Bank Has New Associate VP
Fairfield, CT, Aug 26, 2014 -- Alan Zvonkovic was recently appointed associate vice president, call center manager, at Fairfield County Bank.
Mr. Zvonkovic has been with the bank since December 2007. He served as supervisor in the bank’s call center and was later appointed to manager.
In his new position as associate vice president and call center manager he is responsible for leading the call center by setting goals and performance standards. Mr. Zvonkovic also ensures the call center operates efficiently, which includes managing the daily analytical assessments and processes while making sure sales and call quality goals are achieved.
Mr. Zvonkovic has performed community service at Habitat for Humanity of Coastal Fairfield County and United Way of Western Connecticut.
He is a graduate of Housatonic Community College with an associate of science degree in computer information systems and anticipates receiving his bachelor of science in business administration from New England College of Business and Finance in 2015.
Mr. Zvonkovic and his wife, Tina, live in Fairfield with their two children.
