News : Faneuil Appoints Jon Ramirez as Senior Vice President - Transportation

Hampton, VA, USA, April 18, 2018 -- Hampton, Va.-based Faneuil Inc. ("Faneuil"), a provider of outsourced customer care and other business processing solutions, announced the appointment of Jon Ramirez as Senior Vice President - Transportation.

Ramirez brings more than 20 years of experience in tolling operations and systems acquired through senior leadership positions within the industry.

"Recognizing Jon’s extensive experience in multiple facets of the transportation industry, and the insight he brings from the dual perspectives of client and vendor, Jon will be integral in further building on our success in the transportation sector," noted Faneuil President and Chief Executive Officer Anna Van Buren in announcing the appointment. "Jon’s expertise and leadership presence in the industry are fully aligned with Faneuil’s growth strategies for that vertical," she added.

"Through the years, I have collaborated with Faneuil’s management team and transportation experts on previous projects; therefore, I will be able to quickly assimilate with the team. I am looking forward to uncovering opportunities and developing innovative solutions for transportation authorities across the country and even internationally," noted Ramirez. "I see significant growth potential for us in this industry, and I welcome the chance to be part of that."

Ramirez received a Master’s degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Marketing awarded by California State University. He is also a U.S. Army veteran.
