Eugene, OR, USA, Oct 28, 2019 -- FCR, a provider of customer experience and business process solutions, entered into an agreement to acquire a majority investment from TTEC, a global technology and services provider focused exclusively on the design, implementation and delivery of transformative customer experiences.
Headquartered in Englewood, Colo., TTEC delivers outcome-based customer engagement solutions through TTEC Digital, its digital consultancy that designs and builds human centric, tech-enabled, insight-driven customer experience solutions for clients and TTEC Engage, its delivery center that operates customer acquisition, care, fraud prevention and detection, and content moderation services.

FCR will retain its name and become a stand-alone entity inside TTEC’s Engage business. Achak and Katheryn Carnahan, FCR’s Chief Operating Officer, will continue to lead FCR’s operations while John Stadter, Chairman, will transition into an advisory role and continue in his role as an FCR board member.
