News : FCR Welcomes New Director to Independence Contact Center
Independence, OR, USA, Oct 15, 2015 -- FCR, a provider of outsourced live agent call center and business process solutions, announced that it has hired Brian Cooper as Site Director to lead its contact center located in Independence, Oregon.
"Brian brings over fifteen years of call center management experience to our company," said Sonya Stalberger, Vice President of Call Center Operations for FCR. "He has lead both small and large call center operations in the Dallas, Texas area and we are confident he will do a great job here in Independence."

Prior to FCR, Mr. Cooper was the Call Center Operations Manager for Vetlogic in Dallas, Texas for 8 ½ years. He also held Call Center Manager positions with PODS Moving & Storage and Korman Marketing Group of Dallas, Texas. A lifelong resident of Dallas, Texas, Mr. Cooper and his wife Debra have recently relocated to the area. They are looking forward to living in the Pacific Northwest and both have family in Oregon and Washington. They enjoy traveling and the outdoors and look forward to exploring the beauty of Oregon.
