News : Federal Bank Opens New Customer Contact Centre in Bangalore
Mumbai, India, Jan 4, 2019 -- Federal Bank inaugurated its new customer contact center in Whitefield, Bangalore. Shalini Warrier, Chief Operating Officer of the bank, inaugurated the new office.
The center will be managed by Concentrix, a global business services company. To begin with, the center will manage outbound calls to prospective and existing customers of the bank. The newly opened contact center is in addition to the existing contact center of the bank in Kochi.

Speaking on the occasion, Shalini Warrier said, "Federal Bank has constantly been adding to its range of products, services, and delivery channels, thereby creating a fast-growing client base throughout the country.
