News : Figi's Adding ‘Virtual Contact Center' in Marshfield
Marshfield, WI, USA, Feb 17, 2015 -- The company that owns Figi's announced a new "virtual contact center" will open in Marshfield this fall, leading to new local jobs.
Mason Companies, based in Chippewa Falls, announced it will add the contact center to Figi's headquarters building in Marshfield. Mason Companies purchased Figi's in 2013.
"I am excited that Mason is making a major investment in Figi's and the Marshfield community," said Jim Krueger, president of Figi's, in a news release issued by the company. "The new contact center will be located in the main Figi's office building and will feature all new workstations and state of the art technology supporting multiple contact channels including voice, email, and web."

With the new contact center opening, the company plans to add new positions at its Marshfield location, along with expanding training for current employees. The news release didn't specify how many or what types of jobs would be added.
It will be the company's second virtual contact center, partnering with its Chippewa Falls location.
