News : Firm Opens New City Office
Glasgow, Scotland, Feb 23, 2015 -- Customer management consultancy Ember Services has set up a new office in Glasgow to support demand from new and existing clients who have operations in Scotland.
It will be headed up by Chris Mcilduff as Ember's client director for Scotland who has worked with the firm since 2010.
He said: "Many of our clients have substantial customer management operations in Scotland and we feel the time is now right for us to establish a local presence with a dedicated team that's fully immersed in their local market."
"The Scottish contact centre industry employs over 86,000 people, supporting Scottish businesses as well as British and International organisations that have placed their customer operations in Scotland because of its powerful skills base, excellent people and positive government support," says Ember's Director and founder, Mike Havard. "As the economy rises, companies everywhere have a renewed appetite to improve their customer management capability. At the same time, public sector organisations are looking for new ways to meet the citizens' service expectations within tightly constrained budgets. With offices in both Scotland and England, we'll be on the ground to help."
