News : Taxi Call Service Planned in Yangon
Yangon, Myanmar, May 21, 2015 -- Yangon will soon have its first tax call service following the presentation of the business plan to more than 1,500 people including cab drivers and owners, said state media.
The Taxi Call Centre, founded by an entrepreneur, a private teacher and movie star Wai Lu, expects to launch the service with a fleet of 1,500 cabs, reported Global New Light of Myanmar.
The centre is luring cab drivers with the guaranteed monthly income depending on their experiences.
Yangon is believed to have more than 50,000 taxis on the road.
