Jacksonville, FL., USA, April 10, 2018 -- FIS™ (NYSE: FIS), a global provider in financial services technology, announced that its MyBanker personal banker agent has been named "Best of Challenge" in the 2018 PYMNTS.com Voice Challenge with Amazon Alexa.
The challenge, which ran January through March, invited companies to create a new skill built on the foundation of Amazon’s Alexa ecosystem for use on the Echo, Echo Show, smartphones, wearables and vehicles.

"Alexa and voice software shouldn’t stand on an island when it comes to banking," said Doug Brown, head of FIS Mobile. "The FIS MyBanker agent simplifies the consumer journey by using Alexa for virtual banking experiences."
FIS also won the "Most Disruptive" award at the 2016 PYMNTS.com Alexa Challenge for an Alexa skill that helped millennials gain a more complete picture of the services banks can provide them.
