News : FLOW Opens Customer Experience Centre in Portmore
Portmore Mall, St Catherine, Jamaica, Dec 14, 2015 -- FLOW's retail model has been introduced to the Sunshine City with the opening of a new customer experience centre in Portmore Mall, St Catherine.
Combining interactive, technologically advanced features, self-help amenities and newly trained customer agents, the second such facility to be opened in Jamaica is a step towards improving customer service throughout the Caribbean.
The new-concept store has an expanded floor plan equipped with user-friendly facilities. The modern features include bill-payment kiosks, a home entertainment zone, and an automated central customer queue system, among many other features to facilitate self-help and customer comfort.
