News : Frontier Communications’ Customer Service Center is Open and Hiring
Provo, Utah, Apr 14, 2014 -- Frontier Communications’ newest customer service center, focused on supporting customers of its Frontier Secure business unit, has opened in the Eastbay Technology Park, Building D, in Provo, Utah.
Frontier Secure has hired 50 employees to date and looks to hire approximately 150 more, according to Juanita Meske, Director of Customer Contacts for the Center.
Ms. Meske brings more than 22 years of telecommunications experience to her role, having held positions with McCaw Communications (Cellular One), AT&T Wireless and XO Communications in Sales and Service, District Retail Sales Manager, Director of the Credit & Collections Call Center, Accounts Receivable & Billing Manager. Her experience includes Service Delivery Director at inContact and as a Charter Sales professional at the first Tiffany & Company store in Salt Lake City where she became a #1 Sales Professional and a member of the Million Dollar Sales Club. Most recently she was Customer Service Manager at the largest NBC affiliate in the Intermountain area, KSL Television/Deseret Digital Media/Deseret News.
Ms. Meske is active in the community and involved with the United Way of Utah, Boys & Girls Club and the Leadership Utah Alumni Board. She is a past member of the Nordstrom Customer Service Advisory Board.
