News : Frontier Ramping Up Customer Service, Set to Hire 35
Fort Wayne, IN, USA, Sept 28, 2015 -- Frontier Communications is hiring.
The cable, television and Internet provider announced it will hire 35 full-time residential sales and service consultants at its Fort Wayne customer service call center at 8001 W. Jefferson Blvd.

"Frontier is committed to putting customers first and to our local communities. Our employees live in the areas where they serve, and we are pleased to support the local economy in the Fort Wayne area and Allen County."
Frontier said the positions will operate in a "customer-focused environment" following a 90-day training program. Qualified candidates should have strong communication skills, customer service talents, attention-to-detail characteristics and be a team player, the company said. Frontier said it offers a competitive benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental, vision and a 401(k) Plan.

Applications must be submitted by Oct. 16 to be considered. Frontier said most positions will start Oct. 26.
