News : Frost & Sullivan Award Highlights Momentum for Genesys Cloud
Daly City, CA, Aug 26, 2014 -- Genesys, a provider of customer experience and contact center solutions, has been awarded the 2014 North American Frost & Sullivan Company of the Year Award for Cloud Customer Contact Solutions. In less than a year, the company has nearly doubled recurring revenues from the cloud, with recurring revenue now approaching 60 percent of total company revenues.

Genesys drew top scores from Frost & Sullivan in four of the five categories, scoring 9.2 out of a possible 10 overall.
