Mountain View, Calif., March 11, 2014 -- Based on its recent analysis of the contact center outsourcing market, Frost & Sullivan recognizes Revana(R), a wholly owned subsidiary of TeleTech Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: TTEC), with the 2013 North American Frost & Sullivan Award for Customer Service Leadership.
Revana is the customer growth division of TeleTech. TeleTech is a diverse global providers of business process outsourcing (BPO) solutions.
