News : FTD Closes Call Center in Medford, Lays Off 50 Workers
Medford, OR, USA, Nov 3, 3015 -- Medford call center FTD confirms its closing it’s doors, forcing roughly 50 employees to be laid off in the process.
The company said in an emailed statement that the call center’s closing comes as a result of their acquisition of Provide Commerce, the company behind Proflowers.

FTD says call centers in California and Illinois will now pick up the calls that the Medford office handled, and employees were given ‘appropriate severance benefits’.
An employee NBC5 spoke with says the news is shocking, and they had no idea it was coming.
