Southfield, MI, USA, March 23, 2015 - Future Hosting, a Software-as-a-Service hosting provider, has announced the introduction of a new range of ViciDial SaaS server hosting plans. ViciDial is an open source VoIP and call center solution, that, in combination with the Asterisk IP-PBX, can support call center operations ranging from small businesses to hundreds of seats in multiple locations.

Future Hosting’s ViciDial hosting plans offer a secure installation of ViciDial on a powerful virtual private server running CentOS 6, significantly reducing the complexity of setting up a full-featured call center operation.

Among ViciDial’s capabilities are inbound, outbound, and blended call handling; the ability to call successive numbers from a database via the web interface; call scripting with placeholders; and outbound agent-controlled, broadcast, and predictive dialing.
