April 5, 2014 -- A pair of companies with plans to expand operations in Batavia have received a series of tax breaks from the Genesee County Economic Development Center.
The center’s board of directors approved incentives that will allow Mega Properties Inc. and Premiere Credit to add to their respective workforces.
Mega Properties, headquartered in Brantford, Ont., received a series of mortgage and property tax credits that will help finance a planned 20,000-square-foot expansion of its facility in the Gateway I Corporate Park.
