News : Geocell Introduces Call Back Service
Tbilisi, Georgia, March 23, 2015 -- Georgian mobile operator Geocell, controlled by the TeliaSonera group, has introduced the Call Back option for subscriber ringing its customer service department. When phoning the call-centre, customers are notified about the estimated waiting time to connect to a staff member.
When the waiting time is more than three minutes, the Call Back option becomes available. The operator claims that it is the first Georgian telecmmunications company offering such an option. This service is available for all LaiLai prepaid subscribers and retail Geocell subscribers whose numbers have the ability to receive incoming calls.
